Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time via our mobile app or Back Office (BO) interface. Please follow the instructions below depending on your preferred method.

From the mobile app :

  1. Go to My Profile after logging in.
  2. In the My Account section, click on Delete My Account.
  3. A form will open where you must enter your email address and password.
  4. Confirm that you understand that “this deletion is irreversible and your account will be inaccessible in the future.”
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

From the Back Office (BO) :

  1. Go to our website and access the Subscriber Area.
  2. Log in to your account to be redirected to the BO interface.
  3. In the left-hand menu, go to the My Account section and click on Delete My Account.
  4. A form similar to the one in the app will appear. Enter your email address and password.
  5. As with the app, you must confirm that “this deletion is irreversible and your account will be inaccessible in the future.”
  6. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
